    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team at Equinox. As a key member of our fitness team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results-driven training programs to our clients.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain an active client base through personalized services and support.
    • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings within our internal systems.
    • Market and sell personal training programs to members and clients via phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
    • Stay up-to-date on all club services, programs, and products.
    • Provide exceptional service and hospitality to clients, including executing fitness assessments, guided workouts, and complimentary services.
    • Maintain knowledge of club operations and ensure a safe and organized fitness floor during shifts.
    • Participate in Continuing Education classes to enhance knowledge and qualify for promotions.

    Qualifications

    • Nationally recognized Personal Training certification.
    • Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding fitness.
    • Effective time management and organizational skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful demeanor.

    Benefits

    • Competitive salary: $39.50-$67 per session; $17.50 per hour (non-session work).
