    Work for the biomedical division of a large international manufacturer. Looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will provide after sales telephone support on biomedical and laboratory equipment (autoclaves, incubators, low temperature freezers). This is an in-house support position with limited travel. Make decisions on repairing or replacing field product failures. Assist independent service representatives in the troubleshooting and repair of the products. MUST have experience servicing biomedical equipment, a good electro-mechanical troubleshooting background, and the ability to communicate clearly in English. Refrigeration repair experience is a plus. Assist in training classes for customers and service partners. Will also diagnose quality issues and provide product failure analysis reports. Minimal travel is required. Need to be either a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.

    Qualifications:

    Vocational school degree preferred (Electronics, Biomedical, or Refrigeration)

    Minimum 3 years experience in biomedical repair

    Refrigeration experience is a "big" plus.
