    Job Description

    The Talent Acquisition Partner has a key role in helping us build our winning workforce so that we can continue delivering on this important mission. Leveraging your full cycle recruiting expertise, you'll build, engage, and recruit diverse talent pipelines. As a strategic partner, you'll ensure an exceptional candidate experience and consult with hiring managers on the full hiring strategy.

    Responsibilities

    • Learns all areas of our business and partner with hiring leaders and within talent acquisition for our US market to align recruiting strategy with business goals.
    • Serves as a strategic talent partner by building consultative relationships with business leaders, forecasting upcoming talent needs, and leveraging data insights to inform recruiting strategies.
    • Partners with talent team to build, engage, and recruit diverse talent pipelines for current and future career opportunities.
    • Leads effective alignment meetings, consulting with the hiring manager on hiring strategy.
    • Conducts effective interviews that result in quality of hire consistency.
    • Delivers a world class candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
    • Ensures attainment of all hiring goals, including KPIs.
    • May represent TRG Screen through thought leadership opportunities.
    • Analyze and report on recruitment activity, patterns, and trends to the HR Team
    • Pro-actively source candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other appropriate job boards.
    • Perform other tasks as reasonably required.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • 4+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience.
    • Experience leveraging an applicant tracking system to achieve goals and track key metrics.
    • Experience recruiting for sales, G&A and mid to senior level roles.
    • Demonstrated success creating an effective recruitment strategy including talent attraction, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
    • Expertise in building recruitment plans that uses a multi-pronged approach including sourcing through Internet research, cold calling, networking, and applicant tracking.
    • Experience building consultative relationships with business stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated expertise in conducting effective interviews that result in consistency in quality of hire.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed assigned recruiting metrics.
