    Clinical Directors and Licensed Therapists are independently responsible for managing the completion of administrative and clinical duties of a small multi-disciplinary team; Provide clinical supervision to mental practitioners and interns; Ensure each practitioner complies with quality assurance and documentation requirements; Ensure compliance with all federal-, state-, local-, and industry regulations; Track and submit weekly quality assurance reports; Direct the assignment of clinical cases and ensure clinical coverage; Manage a small specialty (i.e., assist in the coordination of either an overall agency program or goal, part of program, or part of a site-specific goal); Maintain a small client caseload; Coordinate daily clinical functions; Manage the completion of deadlines; Maintain communication with staff, administration, and leadership; Attend all required meetings; Complete other duties as assigned.

    Position Requirements (minimum)

    · Valid state license with a Maryland-approved supervision credential

    · Master's degree from an accredited school in social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or counseling

    · Proof of current professional liability insurance

    · Proficiency in the use of electronic medical record databases, Microsoft Office (especially WORD and Excel), email, and Internet

    · Excellent time management skills and experience managing multiple projects/tasks

    · Excellent communication and customer service skills

    · Proven experience in leadership, clinical management, and clinical supervision

    · Proven ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure

    Competence Requirements (minimum)

    The successful Clinical Director will consistently maintain the following areas of competence:

    · Excellent communications and customer service skills with staff, a variety of clientele, other community agencies and programs

    · Successfully manage time, requirements, and multiple requirements

    · Strong ability to prevent and resolve problems

    · Able to independently manage self and others; while obtaining support from leadership when needed

    · High quality clinical skills based upon current clinical theories, best practices, and principles of service delivery to supervisors as well as clients with severe or chronic mental/behavioral health symptoms and diagnoses

    · Maintained knowledge and skill in applying the DSM-V or the most current edition

    · Obtained and maintained current knowledge of historical, economic, and social variables that specifically affect urban populations and urban-based community care.

    Monday-Friday 9am -5pm & part-time positions are available as well

    Job Type: Full-time & Part-time positions available

    Pay: $55, $80,000.00 per year
