    Overview:

    We are seeking a General Manager (GM) to contribute to the success and growth of our restaurants located in Denver - U.S. Reporting to the Regional Director; the GM will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards for operations, guest experience, team development, and financial achievement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive a hospitality excellence culture, focusing on top-line revenues, exceptional service standards, culinary and bar team product quality, dynamic culture, high morale, and superior profit management.
    • Plan, lead, and direct the overall operation of the business as a cohesive team to achieve company objectives.
    • Establish, direct, and review beverage procedures to ensure accountability, quality, presentation, and service performance.
    • Follow approved budgets and operate within established guidelines regarding costs, expenses, sales, and profits.
    • Monitor and ensure that practices meet or exceed yearly financial targets.
    • Implement effective cost-containment practices to manage restaurant expenses.
    • Oversee the recruitment, training, development, and mentoring of current leaders and future potentials.
    • Conduct frequent audits to ensure excellence in all areas and provide guidance for improvement.
    • Directly handle or assist with any guest-related complaints and/or comments, ensuring proper follow-up.
    • Manage all disciplinary actions and performance management of team members.
    • Coordinate and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve business objectives.
    • Coach the leadership team on effective restaurant execution.
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members.
    • To be the face of the company in Denver.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a dynamic and hardworking leader in restaurant and bar operations. With 2+ years of GM experience.
    • Exceptional communication skills.
    • Passion for guest service, restaurant operations, and profitability management.
    • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
    • Ability to operate within budgetary guidelines and achieve financial targets.
    • Experience in recruitment, training, and development of restaurant teams.
    • Knowledge of effective cost-containment practices.
    • Familiarity with conducting audits to ensure excellence in all areas.
    • Ability to handle guest-related concerns and implement appropriate follow-up actions.
    • Previous experience in implementing and coordinating sales strategies.
