Benoist Brothers Supply ) is a multi-state wholesale distributor of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and products. Our business runs on relationships with our customers; our team members are our most valuable assets. We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate for our Fenton, MO location.

Position responsibilities include

Perform warehouse-related duties such as receiving and storage of goods, preparing orders for shipment by accurately picking items from shelves, operating and maintaining forklift and other equipment, loading/unloading product from trucks.

Serves customers by understanding and resolving or forwarding complaints, adjusting orders.

Maintains a clean and organized facility and work areas. Maintain safe operation and clean appearance by complying with company policies, procedures and standards.

Updates job knowledge by participating in training opportunities. Participates in a team atmosphere.

Skills/Qualifications:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Physical activity requiring reaching, bending, kneeling, stooping, pulling, carrying, balancing, lifting, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, talking and hearing. Must be able to use box cutter to open boxes of product. Must be able to safely operate forklift.

Heating and Air Conditioning knowledge desired but not required.

Ability to work 40-45 hours per week, Monday through Friday

Education Level: HS Diploma or higher
