Key Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Washington (or application in progress)

Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent (for NPs) or Physician Assistant (PA) certification required Minimum 1 year of experience in primary care preferred Experience in a post-acute care setting a plus, but not required Active and unrestricted DEA license for the state of Washington About Us:
