    Job Description:    We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Data Entry Customer Service representative. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting customer data into our systems while providing exceptional customer service.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Accurately input and maintain customer data in our systems.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
    • Collaborate with the customer service team to address any customer concerns or challenges.
    • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous experience in data entry or customer service is preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
