- Proven track record leading complex, long-term activations or go-to-market strategies that drive measurable audience engagement and action on a national scale.
- Experience partnering with high-visibility brands, partners, and culture-shaping figuresfrom athletes, professional sports leagues, and artists to media platforms and businesses.
- Demonstrated success leading the growth of a capability or function from early-stage experimentation to operational maturity, including developing systems, talent, and scalable processes.
- Strategic and operational rangeable to zoom out to design vision and frameworks while rolling up your sleeves to execute.
- Strong cross-functional leadership experience and ability to work within a highly matrixed environment, collaborating across Marketing & Communications, Partnerships, Operations, and an external partner ecosystem.

We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.
We're seeking an entrepreneurial, world-class leader to grow and lead our Activations capabilityour engine for transforming products and partnerships into national, integrated platforms that mobilize people around key social causes aligned with our vision and principles. This isn't about short-term campaigns; your team will own multi-year strategies that capitalize on and grow evergreen activations platforms, including major partnerships with top sports leagues and cultural influencers.
To be successful in this role, you will bring deep experience in integrating external partnersincluding influencers, artists, athletes, businesses, media, and social impact organizationswith internal capabilities like Marketing and Communications and Partnerships to deliver dynamic, culture-shaping activations. You will have examples of building a scaled operation that has been successful in doing this on a national scale.
This role requires a buildersomeone who can both roll up their sleeves to design an integrated activations strategy today and build the systems, team, and strategy that will scale our impact across multiple platforms and products tomorrow. The ideal candidate blends strategic vision, culture fluency, team leadership, and operational excellence.
