We are seeking a passionate leader to join our organization. With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are looking for someone who can enhance our team's capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing our existing 2,000 business clients, nurturing relationships, and expanding our client base. Additionally, you will lead a small team and eventually transition into the role of Agency Director.

This position offers a weekly pay range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year on average. Key responsibilities include servicing existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, supervising team activities, training new team members, and maintaining daily field activity reports.

Desired qualifications for this role include exceptional organizational and time management skills, strong leadership abilities, the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, a passion for helping others, and experience in sales or customer service. Knowledge of CRMs, particularly Salesforce, is preferred. A valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S. are mandatory, along with a clean background and reliable transportation.
