Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.
US Citizenship/Permanent Resident Required.

Manages one or more high-level, complex technical projects related to product lifecycle management and technology transfer for commercial manufacturing.

Responsibilities include defining project scope, goals and deliverables, tracking to plan, navigating project risks, facilitating decision making and anticipating team needs to remove obstacles.

Regularly interacts with senior leadership to report on progress. Responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, ensures all project requirements and/or objectives are executed by required timelines.


Skills:
Knowledge of end to end supply chain, drug development and manufacturing processes; expertise in running medium to large scale projects ; excellent understanding of project management processes and procedures ; strong analytical skills; change management; strong interpersonal skills including teamwork, leadership, and listening; ability to handle multiple responsibilities with minimal direction; strong MS Project, Smartsheet, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills ; understanding of systems for sharing and collaboration ; excellent communication skills to work with cross-program resources
