    About the job

    Promote REVA Medical products through clinical education and case support to current and potential clinical trial sites and customers. Assist in achieving site recruitment, projected enrollment goals; provide procedure coverage within the US and support ongoing clinical activity as needed.

    Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Educate customers on the distinct merits and proper clinical usage of company products; keep customers abreast of the latest product technological developments, implantation & use techniques, clinical protocol requirements, study plan modifications and clinical outcomes data.

    Attend clinical procedures in hospital catheterization labs of accounts to ensure customer and patient success with REVA Medical products.

    Meet with existing and potential clients (e.g., physicians, physician office groups at hospitals) to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate how REVA Medical products can help them to achieve their goals.

    Develop relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision makers to facilitate future clinical activity and potential commercial relationships.

    Identify individualized solutions to increase enrollment at clinical sites.

    Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g., sales managers, clinical research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions.

    Serve as the point of contact between REVA and physicians regarding scientific and medical aspects of our therapies and products.

    Provide support in rolling out and monitoring Company-sponsored clinical trials.

    Evaluate and provide feedback for investigator-sponsored trials to ensure alignment with scientific and business goals.

    Understand competitive product's features and benefits.

    Participate in scientific conferences, congresses and tradeshows, support medical education programs where needed.

    Other projects as necessary.

    Education and/or Experience

    Requires a Bachelors' degree, and at least five years clinical field experience.

    Degree in Nursing or other medical discipline (or equivalent experience) desirable.

    Required Knowledge/Skills

    Highly motivated, excellent written and verbal communications skills, great desire to help others, composed under stress and well organized.

    Strong initiative and results-driven personality.

    Strong business acumen demonstrated through solid understanding of the healthcare landscape.

    Excellent presentation and communication skills.

    Physical Demands/Working Environment

    This position requires a substantial amount (>50%) of travel.
