    PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

    As the US Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting our US General Manager by providing insightful commercial reporting across revenue and costs.

    Building strong relationships across the wider business, you will act as a key interface between finance and the commercial and operational teams.

    You will collaborate closely with these teams to drive profitability, manage budgets, and ensure sound, effective financial decision-making.


    IMPACT DELIVERABLES
    Partner with the US General Manager to provide commercial insights on revenue and costs
    Influence the business to enhance profitability while optimizing our cost base investments
    Own and develop the annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, and 3-year plan for the designated area
    Collaborate with the commercial team on pricing strategies, discounts, rebates, and return on investment analysis
    Work closely with the operational team on long-term cost of goods sold (COGS), variance analysis, and supply chain strategic decisions
    Lead financial analysis for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, including P&L analysis for gate meetings and post-launch reviews
    Support the Commercial Finance Director on scenario and sensitivity analysis for business initiatives
    Undertake ad hoc duties and projects to provide value-added financial insights

    Requirements:

    WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
    3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis in a consumer focused business, ideally direct-to-consumer
    Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate large amounts of complex data into actionable insights
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present clear and concise reports
    Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools)
    A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving continuous improvement
