Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist/Host to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting office management tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency with office software, and experience in administrative or clerical roles. Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively serve diverse clientele. This position offers an engaging work environment where your organizational and multitasking skills will be valued and utilized daily.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, visitors, and callers with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, direct calls, and handle inquiries efficiently
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
  • Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks or other accounting software
  • Support office management tasks such as proofreading documents, organizing files, and handling correspondence
  • Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, and basic administrative support as needed
  • Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all office supplies are stocked
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and courteously
  • Support other administrative duties including typing, calendar management, and customer support

Skills

  • Proven experience in front desk or office management roles with clerical or administrative background
  • Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, data entry, and office software applications
  • Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively in bilingual settings (additional language skills are a plus)
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail for proofreading, filing, and scheduling tasks
  • Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is desirable but not required
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance
  • Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not mandatory

Pay: $ $16.00 per hour
