    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Nursing Officer to lead our nursing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare leadership, with experience in patient care services and personnel management.

    • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing oversight of all patient care/services and ensuring that high-quality care is delivered at all times.

    • They will also be involved in the development of qualifications and assignment of personnel, as well as participating in hiring, orientation, and training of new staff members.

    • A key aspect of this role is ensuring adequate staffing levels to provide quality patient care/services. This includes designating a qualified alternate to assume responsibilities when the Director is not available.

    • Another important responsibility is coordinating referrals, making sure that patients' needs are continually assessed, developing individualized plans of care, implementing changes based on QAPI findings or audits,
