    Description
    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning including electrical, plumbing, painting, H.V.A.C. building, and demolition within our organization. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.


    Job Responsibilities:
    Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to diagnose problems and implement effective solutions. Repair or replace defective parts/components of machinery, equipment, and facilities. Complete work orders and maintenance logs accurately and in a timely manner. Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and coordinate maintenance activities. Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others. Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment as needed. Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to schedule to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime. Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and fix basic structures, as necessary to ensure functionality.?? Other duties/projects as assigned.

    Work Environment:
    This job operates in an office, store, warehouse, and outdoor environment and requires servicing multiple locations utilizing a company vehicle


    Physical Demands:
    The employee will regularly perform tasks that may require bending, climbing, and lifting heavy objects. RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in maintenance or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong H.V.A.C., mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance calls when necessary. Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks that may require lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces. Familiarity with maintenance software and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus.


    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
    This is a full-time position, working a varying schedule to support the needs of the business.
