Rooms Divisions supervisors leads supporting the front desk agents and housekeeping team.

These are responsible for the guest registration process, communication of hotel services, promotions, cleanliness of guest rooms and public space.

This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience and mentoring associates.

Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires, inventory and payroll.
