- 8+ years of professional experience in quantitative marketing analytics, with a strong command of SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
- 2+ years working with an commerce, retail, or online marketplace business
- Exhibit robust communication and visualization skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational and team management capabilities
- Display a proactive approach to trend discovery, coupled with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, economics, statistics, or a related field.

Job Title: Marketing Analytics, Director
Location: 3 Days/Week in Midtown Manhattan
Salary (FTE Role): $190,000-225,000 + Bonus
