    We are now looking for another team mate to join us in Athens or Amphilochiaas Senior People Partner.

    What youll be doing:


    Daily monitor Ergani clock-in/clock out and troubleshoot where necessaryKeep HR records updated in the HRMSEnsure compliance with employment laws, local and Group policiesImplement Knauf Recruitment Framework for successfully attract and select top talentsCreate and support the implementation of the onboarding process in close cooperation with the plant management teamSupport end-to-end the training process; identify training needs, update regularly the skills matrix, coordinate the training programs and seminars, keep recordsSupport teams in the performance review processActively participate in the creation and monitoring of personal improvement plansImplement the rewards policyImplement team-building activitiesActively cooperate with Health & Safety department to promote and support Health & Safety at the plantWhat wed love for you to have:We are interested in you as a person: your attitude, behaviors and values.
