- Design and produce marketing collateral, graphics, and digital content using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling (Sprout Social), monitoring, and reporting.
- Build and deploy email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp.
- Update and maintain multiple company websites (WordPress).
- Edit and produce video content for internal office displays and external communication platforms.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and compliance requirements.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute athletic sponsorship activations with Indiana University and Butler University.
- Manage corporate mascot appearances, including scheduling, logistics, and on-site coordination.
- Attend and support after-hours and weekend events as needed, ensuring smooth execution and brand representation.
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors for event-related logistics.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance across digital channels (social media, email, website, events).
- Create dashboards and reports highlighting key performance metrics to guide marketing strategy.
- Use data insights to recommend improvements and optimize future campaigns.
- Provide coverage and project support during peak times or when teammates are out of office.
- Collaborate closely with marketing team members to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Maintain organization of shared marketing resources, including SharePoint sites and digital asset libraries.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, digital content, or event coordination.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
- Experience with social media management platforms (Sprout Social preferred).
- Strong knowledge of WordPress for website content management.
- Experience in data analytics and creating campaign performance reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends for event coverage.
- Experience with SharePoint for managing shared files and resources.
- Prior experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries is strongly preferred.
