Job Description:

PG&E is seeking an Agile Coach, Expert to drive the Agile transformation across the organization by leveraging such frameworks including Scaled Agile (SAFe), Scrum and Kanban.

This person will drive organizational agility using strong Agile delivery knowledge, Agile life cycle management tools and experience working with multiple teams to coach, mentor and facilitate the adoption of an Agile mindset[ads1]Job Responsibilities:

Define and measure meaningful Agile metrics including Team Health and Maturity, Delivery and Performance and Business Outcomes that show the progressEstablish Communities of Practice and grow existing employee development programs that support employee onboarding, knowledge transfer, employee development and leadership development as it pertains to Agile rolesSupports the evolution of Lean Portfolio Management and Value Stream developmentConduct training for executives, managers and leaders, development teams, and specialty roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master and Release Train EngineerGuide cadence and synchronization at the Team Level to improve effectiveness of progress towards the iteration goals in daily stand-up meetings and the ability to demonstrate working systems at the end of the iterationCoach Teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and leaders on how to effectively apply Agile values, principles and practices (feature writing workshops, backlog grooming, scrum of scrums, retrospectives, etc.)

Develop the implementation plan and help manage the transformation backlog.
Identify opportunities for teams to improve their agility and application of Agile values and principles to help accelerate the delivery of value which will include creating a growth plan to improve knowledge or skillsFacilitate Value Stream Identification Workshops and helping define and launch Agile Release Trains (ARTs)Implement Lean-Agile focus days with guest speakers, and present internal case studies benchmarking and connecting with the external communityJob Requirements:
SAFe training enablements (Leading SAFe, SAFe for Teams, SAFe for PO/PM, etc.)

SAFe Practitioner Consultant (SPC) and/or SAFe Practitioner (SP)7 years of related work experience5 years of experience as an Agile CoachBachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in related fieldJob Details:
