    **Warehouse Manager**

    3STEP Sports is looking for a **Warehouse Manager**. 3STEP Sports is the largest youth sport event and club operator in the nation, providing brands with the ability to impact more athletes than ever in a unique and authentic way. The 3STEP reach spans 40+ states and currently serves more than 2.5 million athletes. We deliver a premier, inspiring and authentic experience dedicated to perfecting every aspect of the athlete funnel. Encompassing industry-leading tournaments, nationally spanning club programs, premier media content and more, 3STEP is the standard of the youth sports experience.

    The **Warehouse Manager** is a full-time position and would be stationed at the companys Warehouse. This position will be essential in helping our club/event business grow.

    **Overall, the role will:**

    Evaluate space and help plan for growth by making use of space and racking system

    Monitor, analyze and deliver business results using KPIs, insights to inform and recommend short- and long-term strategies and action plans

    Maintains shipping, receiving, and transportation operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing company policies and procedures

    Ensures warehouse operational production requirements are met by reviewing the scheduling and assigning of employees: following up and reviewing daily results with personnel

    Obtain delivery information on all orders and communicate

    Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely matter

    Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse

    Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and tother team leads

    Monitor inbound/outbound freight to ensure on time and in full deliveries

    Controls inventory levels by conducting cycle counts and other physical counts as needed. Ensures that all results are properly reconciled with data storage system

    Be able to work in Fishbowl and Monday to update timely information to ensure on time delivery and provide clear visibility into each sport category

    Staff and monitor seasonal peaks in business

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task

    Improve and maintain on time delivery to customers

    Extend & scale capabilities to meet 3Step growth targets profitability

    **Experience:**

    5-year experience in managing and staffing a warehouse

    Analytical

    Experience working with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel Outlook

    Understands Fishbowl, preferred

    Detail oriented and well organized

    Sound negotiation and interpersonal skills

    Process and data driven

    Occasional use of ladders, usage of forklifts, scissor lifts and pallet jackets

    Regular lifting of 30 pounds and occasional lifting of 40-50 pounds
