    Job Summary:
    Our client in Dearborn, MI is looking for an Analyst Body. This is a contract position.


    What You Will Do:
    Global Engineering Learning and Development Learning Specialist.


    Description:


    Responsible for leading and supporting engineering learning & development strategic initiatives and partnering with product development functional teams to support key competency training/learning solutions.

    Manage strategic learning priorities and training solutions for global engineering learning needs.

    Learning & Development Organization.

    Lead and support EL&D Strategic Priorities within engineering organizations.

    Manage project-based Talent Development initiatives on time with quality.

    Contribute to Learning and Development internal and external communication products.

    Lead by Teaching in areas of expertise.

    Continually research industry trends and provide recommendations on improvement initiatives in the areas of technology, delivery, and curation.

    Provide internal support of ongoing Learning and Development initiatives.


    Basics:
    Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Engineering, or Business with proven experience in training and project management.


    2+ years of work experience in the areas of learning and development, training and project management, or equivalent business experience.

    Learning Partners.

    Build and manage relationships with engineering functional teams to align team training needs to learning solutions.

    Support partnering teams with training planning and implementation, and logistics.

    Investigate and identify new training to align with evolving organizational needs.

    Assist Learning Partners and their organizations with any training issues or issues with HCM learning system.

    Course / Curriculum Management.

    Manage local technical training budget, scheduling of classes and process planning to prioritize technical training needs and requests.

    Manage Purchase Orders and invoices for vendor technical training.

    Coordinate and facilitate yearly training needs assessment process for local PD.

    HCM specialist to manage local PD classes and help PD community with HCM inquiries/requests.

    Coordinate, host and facilitate training events.

    Degreed Platform Support o Identify learning and development solutions by skill team.

    Support course and curriculum development using team needs assessments, and course quality criteria.


    Work cooperatively with ISDs and SMEs to ensure support for course development to expectations and resources are allocated in support of strategic initiatives and prioritized accordingly.

    Work with PD and HR Business Offices to ensure that PD learning catalog is accurate and up to date.

    Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to adjust message by audience.

    Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneNote).

    Demonstrated Project Management Skills and ability to communicate project plans and status using appropriate tools.

    Ariba knowledge.
