    Job Title: Line Cook

    Job Summary: We are actively seeking skilled and dedicated Line Cooks to join our dynamic team at State Street Pub, a fast-paced pub known for its vibrant atmosphere and delectable cuisine. The successful candidates will contribute to the culinary excellence of our establishment, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Execute all aspects of food preparation with precision and attention to detail.
    • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.
    • Follow recipes and adhere to quality standards to maintain the integrity of our menu.
    • Operate kitchen equipment and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
    • Assist in the development and improvement of menu items.
    • Uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced culinary environment.
    • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and in a high-volume setting.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

    Compensation:

    • Starting hourly wage: $18 to $20, based on experience.
