    Aspirus Health in Wausau, WI, is seeking a Contract Management Coordinator to join our team
    Monitors and supports all ANI contracting efforts for implementation, compliance, and reimbursement.

    Establishes positive working relationships with all ANI member organizations and contracted payors to effectively serve as a liaison between ANI and its respective ANI member administrators and providers and ANI contracted payors.

    Continuously provides recommendations on policies, practices, and procedures to effectively and efficiently achieve ANI strategic objectives, as aligned with value-based contracting and clinical practices.


    Hours:
    Full Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every 2 weeks, day shift
    Attains detailed knowledge of all ANI contracted payor contract language terms, including reimbursement arrangements.
    Monitors all ANI contracted payors' policies, programs, and procedures to assure compliance with contract terms.

    Attains detailed knowledge of changing trends in healthcare regarding reimbursement methodologies, value-based / pay-for-performance strategies and benefit plan design (e.g., high deductible consumer directed plans).

    Manages contract document execution and archival function, ensuring document integrity, confidentiality, and security.
    Coordinates and manages scheduling and assists with preparation of work product for the ANI network strategy function including preparation of draft documents at the direction of ANI contracting staff
    Serves as internal contact for all ANI member inquiries related to payor contracts, including general questions and reimbursement.

    Establishes positive relationships with all ANI members to assure reimbursement is accurate and satisfaction with payor interpretation of contract terms.

    Establishes positive relationships with all ANI contracted payors to assure ANI member needs and issues are resolved.
    Communicates ANI contracted payor policies, programs, and procedures in a timely manner to ANI members.
    Collaborates with ANI credentialing specialist on provider credentialing matters
    Triage the provider change request forms.

    Experience/Qualifications
    Bachelors degree in business management, accounting, finance, or mathematics.

    • 3 years of related experience
    Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as database management, e.g., Microsoft Excel and Access preferred.
    Contracting management experience is preferred.
    Health insurance plan or managed care experience beneficial.

    Requires an individual who is self-motivated, self-directed and assumes responsibility over assigned work functions, accuracy, and ability to prioritize work to meet specified timeframes.

    Basic group presentation skills beneficial, with the ability to communicate with administrators and physicians and different levels of management important.

    Possesses good oral and written communication skills.
    Strong customer service skills.
    Is detail-oriented.
