    Job Title: Delivery Analyst

    Position Responsibilities

    The DX-I Delivery Analyst will perform a crucial role in ensuring DX services are executed at an optimal level by working closely with vendors and our internal service teams to ensure services are delivered and SLAs are met according to agreed-upon parameters.

    The employee is expected to perform the following functions essential to this position:
    • Adhere to and promote adherence to DX-I processes and security guidelines.
    • Assist with delivering IT Infrastructure services ensuring they meet company expectations.
    • Contribute to relationships with external DX-I vendors and service providers.
    • Review and understand contractual agreements, service levels and financial commitments.
    • Assist with maintaining high-performance levels for service-related processes and recommend improvement activities.
    • Assist in resolving supplier incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective stakeholder communication.
    • Support the systems, procedures, and methodologies that undergird DX-I service delivery.
    • Contribute to vendor performance evaluation using KPIs, providing feedback for corrective actions necessary to maintain service quality and cost-effectiveness.
    • Identify potential risks related to DX-I service delivery and provide feedback on potential controls to mitigate negative impacts.
    • Work closely with DX-I service teams (e.g. operations, security, and applications) to ensure alignment and integration of infrastructure services with overall DX Strategy objectives.
    • Assist with monthly KPI reporting by tracking and gathering data when requested.
    • Create and distribute supplier related purchase orders, invoices, etc.
    • Other tasks and duties as required.
    Required Skills and Abilities

    Essential Skills and Experience:
    • 4+ years' experience in vendor management, contract negotiation and performance evaluation.
    • Solid technical background in IT infrastructure technologies, including networking, server administration, storage, and cloud computing.
    • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
    • Well-organized self-starter who can prioritize tasks, projects, etc. to maintain a high productivity level with minimal oversight.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with DX-Strategy stakeholders.
    • Working knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, etc. related to service delivery.
    • Effective verbal, administrative and written communication skills
    Beneficial Skills and Experience
    • Experience working with Regional or Global IT suppliers.
    • Knowledge of automotive manufacturing business a plus
    • A strong desire to learn through research and continuing education pursuits.
    Education/Training/Certifications
    • Bachelor's degree in IT related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
    • Relevant technology (e.g. ITIL, PMP, COBIT, etc.) specific certifications required.
