    Description

    Role Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief of Staff with a robust IT services background, specifically catering to media and telecommunication clients. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting C-level executives, primarily focusing on closing sales deals and driving operational excellence and growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Executive Support: Assist C-level executives in strategic decision-making, sales deal closures, and client engagements.
    • Sales Enablement: Facilitate and support the end-to-end sales process, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals.
    • Operational Excellence: Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and improve service delivery standards.
    • Growth Strategy: Identify and implement growth opportunities within the media and telecommunication sectors.
    • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
    • Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on operational and sales performance.
    • Client Relations: Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnership growth.
    • Project Management: Oversee major projects and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience:
    • Minimum of 10 years in IT services, with a significant portion dedicated to working with media and telecommunications clients.
    • Proven track record in a Chief of Staff role or similar, supporting C-level executives.

    Skills:

    • Strong understanding of the media and telecommunication industries.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to drive operational improvements and support growth initiatives.
    • Proficiency in using data analytics to drive decision-making.

    Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
