    Description

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project/Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing team within a Network PMO group.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process order reports, collect data around bill of materials and delivery dates.
    • Collaborate with multiple supply chain/logistics teams to increase visibility across cross-functional teams.
    • Create and manage PEGA tickets for all shipments (inbounds and outbounds).
    • Ensure STOs ship by the next day, creating GUTS tickets as needed to follow up with the warehouse team.
    • Obtain tracking numbers from team members for orders that physically ship but SAP does not populate with tracking numbers.
    • Generate ship labels using our FedEx account information.
    • Update the Open Order Report in SAP with delivery dates on a daily basis in a timely manner.
    • Update the NetEngDemand column with delivery dates.
    • Update the Misc sheet column with delivery dates in Excel or Google Sheets.
    • Verify FedEx tracking numbers in the FedEx website to ensure material has been delivered.
    • Process STOs using a pre-filled template provided by us and update bugs/tickets with ETAs and tracking numbers.
    • Communicate with FedEx regarding late deliveries and wait on hold as necessary to obtain updates.
    • Connect with suppliers to handle delay conversations.
