- Surgeon would join a group of four-five established general surgeons.
- Option to take general surgery call or to be excluded from call schedule.
- Option to do general surgery work or to focus solely on colorectal cases.
- Within practice there is currently a busy colorectal surgeon. Each work closely with the hospital's GI department and nearby cancer practice to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Volume immediately available.
- Manages the medical care of assigned patients.
- Collaborates with patients, families, and members of the health care team to ensure excellent clinical outcomes.
- Performs and documents histories and physicals in the patient's medical record as required by hospital by-laws.
- Boone Health has determined this is a safety-sensitive position. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function of this job.
