Description

Job Responsibilities

Support and execute product testing of mechanisms, product development, and product validation testing
Responsible for building, set-up, execution and reporting of required testing need
Understand and comprehend customer and internal test specifications
Plan, design, build and set-up test fixtures / rigs or other items that would be required to complete the specifications
Develop/follow testing procedures to support the set-up / execution of the test requirements
Prepare the samples for the specific testing required
Provide support and work with R&D in identifying the research needs and translating them into testing procedures

Job Qualifications

Experience with engineering design and program management
Experience with 8D/3 Path, 5 Why problem solving techniques
Experience with OEM Design specifications and requirements
Fabrication of test fixture and set-up abilities
High School Diploma / GED, Associate degree in a technical field, or enrolled in a such program with other applicable work experience
Hands on exposure and knowledge of the areas of manufacturing, design and engineering and product launch processes
Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
Formal test report writing skills
