    Deputy District Attorney, Silver City, NM. Pay range from $91,419 to $114,274, depending on qualifications and experience. Silver City is a diverse community located in pinon-studded foothills adjacent to the 3.3 million acre Gila National Forest, which contains America's first designated wilderness area, the Gila Wilderness. Located a one hour flight from Albuquerque or Phoenix, Silver City has a lively arts community located in its historic downtown district. Silver City is the home of the annual Tour of the Gila bicycle race, Blues Fest and many varied community events and cultural opportunities. The area is a haven for those who enjoy countless year-round outdoor recreational activities, including hiking, fishing, hunting, camping, rock climbing and birding.
