    The Boeing Company is looking for a Mid-Level or Senior Product Manager/Software Engineer (Experienced or Senior) to join the Flight Simulation Labs - DevSecOps, Infrastructure, Tools & IRAD team based in Berkeley, MO and will be focused on supporting Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Create and manage roadmaps for automated testing in the F-18 program
    • Collaborate with test, simulation, and mission systems teams to drive automated testing efforts
    • Engage with test environment users to identify improvements and enhance value
    • Coordinate estimates for testing approaches, aiming to introduce automated testing early in the SDLC
    • Provide updates on ongoing initiatives

    This role requires 100% onsite presence. The selected candidate must work at one of the designated locations.

    Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements:

    This role necessitates obtaining a Secret U.S. Security Clearance, requiring U.S. Citizenship. Ability to obtain Secret U.S. Security Clearance Post-Start.

    Basic Qualifications for Mid-Level (Required Skills/Experience):

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
    • Experience leading software teams
    • Proficiency in C, C++, C#, Python, Java, or Ada programming
    • Experience automating software processes using DevOps tools like Artifactory and Gitlab
    • Experience in automated testing

    Basic Qualifications for Senior (Required Skills/Experience):

    • Minimum 9 years of relevant work experience or equivalent technical education background
    • Experience in leading software teams
    • High proficiency in programming languages like C, C++, C#, Python, Java, or Ada
    • Experience in DevSecOps and complex software build plans
    • Extensive experience in automated testing

    Experience Level:
    Advanced technical education in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry with at least 5 years of related work experience. ABET accreditation preferred in the USA.

    Senior Level:
    Advanced technical education in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry with at least 9 years of related work experience. ABET accreditation preferred in the USA.

    Travel:
    Occasional travel expected (less than 10%).

    Relocation:
    Relocation assistance provided based on eligibility.

    Drug Free Workplace:
    Compliance with drug testing policies for employees.

    Shift:
    Position for 1st shift.

    CodeVue Coding Challenge:
    Completion of technical assessment required for consideration.
