    Description

    ICF seeks an Environmental Scientist, Environmental Policy Analyst, or Training professional to work within our Environmental, Regulatory, and Implementation Services Team. If successful, you will primarily support EPA contracts with the Office of Superfund Remediation and Technology Innovation (OSRTI), Office of Brownfields and Land Revitalization (OBLR), and Office of Resource Conservation and Recovery (ORCR). You will be expected to apply your academic and past work experience/knowledge to a wide range of training projects and will work within a project team environment that includes interacting with external experts and clients.

    What you will do:

  • Provide support for the development and delivery of training courses, including virtual and in-person trainings.
  • Assist the ICF training lead with the management of training courses.
  • Provide on-site support for in-person trainings, meetings, and other events that includes interacting with clients and attendees.
  • What you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in environmental policy, environmental science, or education for adult learners plus 8+ years of experience supporting policy, science or training related projects in the environmental area, OR
  • What we would love for you to have:

  • Knowledge of EPA cleanup programs (e.g., Superfund, RCRA, Brownfields) a plus.
  • Highly organized team player with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills in support of technical training, public speaking, and/or professional development and learning activities.
  • Expertise to provide on-site support for training deliveries and willingness to travel.
