    KeyStaff Professionals is partnering with a fantastic organization that is seeking a dynamic Benefits Specialist to support their team. This role has significant opportunity for visibility within the company and growth potential to an analyst role. The culture is collaborative, yet the role has a very "make it your own" feel. Great opportunity for someone that is self-driven and motivated This is a contract role with potential to hire given outstanding performance and offers a hybrid schedule

    Job Summary

    • Processing benefit department invoicing
    • Assist with coordinating, documenting and managing LOA, FMLA, ADA, Workers Comp, personal leave and military leave
    • Assist with questions from team members regarding benefits
    • Educate and problem solve with team members and leaders on any benefit or LOA cases
    • Assist with additional projects as needed
    • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and SAP preferred and HRIS knowledge
    • Highly organized and detailed driven
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Thrives in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
    • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required
