    We are looking for a Pest Control Technician to join our growing company With a large footprint in North & South Carolina, we're hiring enthusiastic individuals with great customer service skills to join our team This is an independentrole where you will have the opportunity to work for a company but feel like an entrepreneur.

    Required Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or GED
    • 3 years of driving experience
    • Experience using computers and smartphones
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    Desired Qualifications:
    • 1 -3 years of experience in the pest control industry
    • Registered technician training
    Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to safely operate equipment
    • Able and willing to work in various weather conditions
    • Ability to operate application equipment safely & effectively
    • Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times throughout the workday
    • Ability to tolerate a variety of environmental conditions, including but not limited to seasonal weather (extreme heat or cold)
    • Subject to exposure to animals and insects being outdoors for much of the day
    • Must be able to perform inspections in attics and crawl spaces
    What you'll be doing:
    • Inspect and perform pest control treatments for customers to identify pest infestations and determine the appropriate treatment plan
    • Use power tools and hand tools to apply pesticides and other pest control products
    • Set up traps to capture or eliminate pests
    • Document all treatments and maintain accurate records of services provided
    • Demonstrate excellent communication skills as you interact with customers, office staff, and service managers
    • Follow a daily schedule, insuring timely arrival at each account
    • Possess a high level of professionalism and integrity
    • Represents the company with honesty and integrity
    • Additional job duties, as needed
