Description

• Drives personal vehicle to customers' homes or local businesses to deliver prepared food orders in a safe, friendly courteous, timely and efficient manner.
• Performs pre-delivery vehicle maintenance to ensure vehicle is ready
• Provides exceptional customer service to each and every customer
• Responsible for taking cash and credit cards, makes change for customers and works with manager to handle, record and store cash correctly
• Packages food orders for pick up or delivery, ensuring accuracy of order
• Makes customer callbacks
• Maintains the kitchen (back of the house) in a clean, neat and orderly manner
• Ensures all dishes and cleaning is complete at the end of each shift
• Ensures all kitchen/food preparation is completed each shift as needed which includes, sauces, vegetables, ribs and any other food items during non-delivery times
• Follows food safety guidelines at all times
• Cross train to assist order takers or cooks, when necessary
• Completes the Wings Workbook and weekly tasks
• Other duties as assigned

• Employer provided food safety training required by state health code
• Familiar with delivery area and streets to ensure prompt and safe deliveries
• Thorough knowledge of the menu items and sauce flavors
• Reliable, able to show up to work on time and for each scheduled shift
• Proactive with all work related duties
• Positive attitude with customers and coworkers
• Cooperates with all team members

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and able to provide appropriate documentation to complete the form I-9 within 3 days of their first day of employment
• Must be 18 years of age, acceptable criminal background check, possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR), proof of insurance and have a satisfactory vehicle
• High school diploma/GED
• Computer knowledge

• Standing or driving for entire shift, bending, lifting and reaching
• Frequently moves about inside the restaurants kitchen and backrooms (which maybe in a basement or second floor)
• Occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds and frequently up to 20 pounds on a regular basis when stocking the cooler
• Includes outwork work in various temperatures
• Work with hot, cold and hazardous equipment
• Must be able to constantly operate kitchen equipment
• Must be able to consistently see and hear customers via the phone and in person
