In Palliative Medicine we utilize a multidisciplinary approach, relying on input from professionals across the continuum of treatment to formulate a plan of care that can relieve suffering in as many areas of a patient's life as possible.
The Palliative care team aims to address the full spectrum of physical, emotional, spiritual and social concerns that may arise with advanced illness.
If you enjoy working with people and believe in warm, compassionate health care, you could be the next Nurse Practitioner in our Palliative Medicine department.
In this role, you will deliver direct patient care, including evaluation, treatment and technical procedures to a specific group of patients, as well as provide health education, referrals to other disciplines, and consultation with other allied health personnel.
We are looking for someone dedicated and experienced, with excellent care and communication skills and a commitment to our vision of delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai'i's people.

Minimum Qualifications:
Current Hawai'i Registered Nurse license. Current Hawai'i Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license. Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR card. Two (2) years related experience in nursing.
Preferred Qualifications:
One (1) year advanced practical experience. Teaching and/or public speaking experience.
