Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pressman to join our team. As a Pressman, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate printing presses according to job specifications

Monitor press runs to ensure quality and make adjustments as needed

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment

Collaborate with the prepress team to ensure accurate color management and layout design

Load and unload paper stock onto the press

Maintain accurate production records

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Pressman or similar role

Proficient in operating CNC printing presses

Strong knowledge of color management, typography, and layout design

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software

Ability to read and interpret job orders and technical specifications

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Forklift certification is a plus
