- Facilitate phone-based training sessions on a variety of topics related to our Auto Programs, including website and program tool usage
- Assist Dealers with post-training program certification
- Respond to incoming calls and Dealer requests after training
- Establish rapport with assigned Dealers and Field Representatives
- Update Dealer information in the CRM software through online tickets
- Provide ongoing support to Field Representatives in assigned territories
- Document all Dealer interactions in the CRM software
- Communicate scheduling needs to Dealer Schedulers
- Participate in manufacturer promotions by training program Dealers
- Attend department meetings and maintain communication with managers
- Coordinate training sessions with Dealers
- Update dealer information in the database through tickets
- Handle Dealer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone
- Make outbound calls for training and scheduling purposes
- Ensure all inbound calls are answered professionally
- Perform other assigned duties
- Two-year College or university degree or related experience
- Strong follow-up, relationship building, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and stay organized
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work independently

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with phone communication

The Dealer Field Support department aims to provide training and assistance to ensure auto dealers in the Auto Program achieve success. Dealer Trainers play a key role in supporting Dealers in their assigned territory by conducting thorough phone-based training sessions on various topics and updating Dealer files following established processes. Trainers must deliver content confidently and professionally during training calls while working collaboratively within a service-oriented team. They also offer administrative support to the Field team by aiding Costco Auto Program Dealers and Zone Business Consultants.
