Purpose

This position reports to the Project Manager and is responsible for daily management of field operations to satisfy contractual requirements (safety, schedule, quality, and cost).

Experience

· 10 or more years of commercial construction as a Superintendent

· Equivalent Experience and a High School Diploma/GED, required

· BA/BS in Construction Management, preferred

· Proven experience meeting safety, schedule, quality, and cost for projects $30+ million

· Project experience in healthcare, education, and/or cultural

· Coaching and training direct reports

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in one or more construction specialty
• Advanced ability to plan, organize, and execute self-perform activities
• Advanced scheduling, including software (P6 preferred)
• Proficient with Lean Construction (Daily Huddles, Pull Planning, etc.)
