    Located about 10 minutes from downtown Fort Worth and near TCU in the award-winning school district, Burleson ISD which also provides a low-cost of living.

    The role you'll contribute:

    The Project Manager will provide project management and support for Advent Health's Southwest Region, North Market Marketing Department.

    The core responsibility is to ensure the successful execution of company-wide projects and requests by ensuring smooth and effective workflows, coordinating multiple project staff team members across numerous simultaneous projects, and meeting established deadlines.

    They also serve as a primary point of contact for cross functional projects and requests; manage relationships and expectations with cross functional teams and external vendors.

    The project manager will help develop project timelines and manage requests based on strategic prioritization, planning and resource utilization.

    This role is cross-functional as it works closely with our facilities across Texas and corporate offices in Florida.

    • Actively participate in outstanding customer service, and serve as the single/primary point of contact on projects, and diplomatically educates marketing job requesters on timelines and alternative options.
    • Oversee strategic planning and successful execution of projects from inception to final product, ensuring smooth and effective workflows and meeting established deadlines.
    • Allocate schedules, project scope, assists, and budget and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project delivery dates are clearly communicated, understood, and executed upon from conception to launch.
    • Actively participate in or hosts regular team meetings with partners and stakeholders to report on project status, scope, and budgets.
    • Facilitate strong communication within the team and external vendors/freelancers; work with team leads to identify and delegate tasks to appropriate team members and ensure all tasks are successfully completed on multiple projects at once.
    • Identify issues, manage stakeholder expectations, and offer recommendations for creative solutions or workarounds based on knowledge of priorities, development roadmap, and contributing factors.
    • Maintain constant communication with stakeholders and have a firm understanding of their initiatives in their projects and requests.
    • Navigate all projects through the appropriate approval process.
    • Maintain share files and project management software for the team
    • Maintains paper and electronic files of all correspondence, documents, reports, and other materials.
    • Displays high competency in project management, working in a fast-paced and complex environment, execution of large projects, and working under multiple and competing deadlines.
    • Provides necessary logistics for meetings (internal and external) such as agenda, facilities, catering, accommodations, and technical equipment
    • Prepares, edits and distribute reports, agendas, letters, meeting minutes, organizational charts and other documents.
    • Ensure all correspondence and documents have a professional appearance and organized in a clear, concise, and professional manner with correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
    • Manages difficult and demanding situations timely with tact and calmness while promoting peaceful resolutions
    • Communicates with staff, leadership, outside callers and visitors.
    • Clearly represents self and the organization in a professional, courteous manner.
    • Deals discretely and appropriately with confidential information concerning AdventHealth.
    • Assists with other project management duties as requested.
    Qualifications

    The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed

    :

    Bachelor's degree

    2 years' experience in project management, process improvement or related field
