- Keep shop clean and organized
- General maintenance on equipment and buildings
- Pick-up and delivery as required
- Maintain steam cleaner/parts cleaner equipment
- Ensure that material/components removed from vat are properly cleaned and organized
- Steam cleaning of parts, engines, and other equipment
- Assist Technicians as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver license with a clean driving record
- Must have the ability to effectively operate forklifts
- Must have the ability to effectively operate a steam cleaner/parts cleaner
- Must have the ability to effectively operate general hand tools
- Must have the ability to effectively operate overhead cranes
- Must have good organizational skills
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Typical hours of work Monday through Friday; 8 a.m. to 5 p.m
- Some occasional extended hours may be required
- Sitting; occasional bending or kneeling; lift and carry a maximum of 50 Lbs., reach overhead for lightweight items
- Shop and outside work

Primary Job Responsibilities:
The Utility Person I is responsible and accountable for, but not limited to, the following:
