Weekly Pay Package:
W2 Wage (RT+OT based on expected hrs): $1,458.00

Nontaxable Weekly PerDiem:
$1,246.00

Total Weekly Gross Pay Package:

Job Description:

License:
Active North Dakota RN license or Compact license required (Temporary RN license accepted prior to start)

Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required (AHA); ECCO preferred

Experience:
Minimum 2 years recent PCU/Stepdown experience required; recent travel experience required (prefer 3 completed assignments)

EMR:
EPIC experience required

Provides direct nursing care in a Level II Trauma Center Progressive Care/Stepdown Unit
Performs comprehensive patient assessments and develops individualized plans of care
Monitors for early signs of patient deterioration and initiates appropriate interventions
Assists with emergency measures and escalates changes in patient condition per protocol
Coordinates interdisciplinary care and facilitates safe discharge planning
Administers medications, monitors pain management, and documents in accordance with policy
Completes incident reports and ensures timely documentation

Additional Notes:

Weekends and holidays per unit rotation
No on-call requirement
No radius rule – local travelers accepted at same rate
Submission must include resume, specialty skills checklist, and full NURSYS report (RN)
