Job Duties
The Court Management Analyst is responsible for offering technical assistance to the judges and clerks throughout the Commonwealth.
This technical assistance consists of suggestions on how to improve case flow management, the best use of personnel, equipment, and space, the use of mediation services, and how to improve internal financial controls.
The CMA will also work with other state agencies that interact with the court, i.e., the Department of Motor Vehicles, Department of Social Services, Auditors of Public Accounts, Treasurer, Department of Accounts, Virginia State Police, etc.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities - The Court Management Analyst's major objective is to provide continued support to the courts of this Commonwealth.
Major areas of responsibilities include:
A minimum of five (5) years of direct experience with the Virginia Circuit, General District, or J&DR Court system including its operation, processes, and procedures.
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage programs; to communicate effectively orally and in writing; to work effectively with legal and business personnel, providers and organizations, and the public at large.
