    SUMMARY

    Redevelops and maintains the RCM Quality Control (QC) Program. Collaborates with Project Managers and Project Superintendents to administer the QC Program during preconstruction, construction, and project closeout. Manages warranty claims/incident response by communicating thoroughly with General Contractors and end clients (Owners/Facilities), scheduling work crews, and completing documentation for insurance claims, etc. Position based primarily in the Nashville office.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Receives all warranty claim communications from General Contractors and facilities/Owners
    • Schedules warranty service work with the General Contractor and the facility/Owner
    • Arranges for material, tools/equipment, and manpower to execute warranty work as scheduled
    • Collects information required to complete insurance claims, if applicable, and forwards them to the appropriate party
    • Provides written progress updates of warranty work to General Contractor and the facility/Owner
    • Assists RCM senior management in redeveloping the Quality Control Program to be adhered to during the preconstruction and construction phases of a project
    • Ensures the above referenced Quality Control Program is executed successfully by communicating expectations to Project Superintendents and Project Managers and holding them accountable to those expectations
    • Develops "red book" schematic drawings during the preconstruction phase of a project to facilitate correct installations of repetitive tasks such as fixture rough ins, prefab, etc.
    • Primarily carry out the above duties from the Nashville office, making jobsite visits as deemed necessary by this employee and RCM senior management

    REASONING ABILITY

    Ability to think critically and develop solutions to complex mechanical/plumbing issues. Adequate judgement and reasoning ability to develop Methods of Procedure (MOPs) that address the logistics of working in occupied facilities, often in a healthcare setting, with an emphasis on occupant safety and minimizing disruption to the Facility.
