As a Product Support Associate, you'll be essential in ensuring our Stores receive and prepare merchandise while upholding our core values and creative vision. Working closely with Store Management and Visual Merchandising, you'll maintain warehouse safety, showroom standards, and assist in day-to-day operations following Company guidelines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and ship merchandise while ensuring compliance with Company guidelines
• Prepare showroom for merchandise arrival based on Visual guidelines
• Assemble merchandise with care to avoid damage
• Coordinate shipping of unsold merchandise
• Assist in Customer product pickups and Inventory
• Exhibit exceptional Customer service
• Maintain safety standards and cleanliness
• Assist in Café duties and other assigned tasks

Required Qualifications:

• Availability to work a 5-day retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in teams and follow instructions
• Effective communication skills
• Physical ability to lift and move objects
• Contribution to overall Store success
