Job summary
The overall planning execution and delivery of critical Infrastructure programs supporting both factory build out and enterprise needs will include Strategize implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives Communicate effectively at all levels bridging technical discussions between manufacturing engineers SMEsResponsibilities
Define the program charter roles tasks milestones budgets and measures of success for each initiative Develop estimates detailed plans to manage the end-to-end program execution ensuring alignment with production schedules deployment windows Ensure manufacturing business requirements are captured accurately completely Facilitate cross-functional sessions for planning alignment design across disparate teams using disciplined project management methodology to define scope develop program plan execute sub-projects that adhere to guidelines deliver within cost schedule time using problem-solvingcritical thinking skills independent thinking to overcome challenges developing robust program risk management plans ensure timely delivery testing commissioning of all projects without impact business continuityJob description
