Employment Status – Part-time; FTE 0.5; 1,040 hours/yearly
Specialty – Urology
Location – CHI St. Alexius Health - Dickinson

Anticipated Start Date:
December 1, 2023 contingent upon receipt of hospital privileges at designated locations and credentialing approvals for each physician

Initial Contract Term:
Three years (3) year; with auto-renewal

Base Salary:
$311,594 per year

Call:
Paid at current 75th percentile benchmark of $34.25 per hour, 146 hours expected per month
The Clinic will offer the following:

CME Allowance:
$1,750 per year (standard, prorated for FTE)
Malpractice Insurance
DEA & ND medical license fees/renewals
