- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in subcontracts administration for a federal contractor.
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel; Deltek Costpoint knowledge advantageous.
- Understanding of FAR regulations applicable to subcontract management.
- Experience with various subcontract types such as IDIQ, CPAF, CPFF, T&M, and FFP.
- Execute highly complex subcontracts and manage supplier relationships.
- Develop and prepare solicitation documents including RFPs, RFQs, and Invitational Bids.
- Conduct risk and compliance assessments during pre-solicitation and award phases.
- Negotiate price, terms and conditions, delivery dates, incentives among other contract specifications.
- Implement FAR/DFAR requirements in procurement processes.
- Review and administer subcontracts ensuring progress and compliance with terms; identify performance issues.
- Collect end-user feedback for improvement opportunities or corrective action as needed.
