We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing sales team as a Residential Plumbing Estimator/Sales Representative.
Sales leads will come from a mix of our outbound marketing efforts, and technician generated leads; this is not a cold-calling position, though occasional outbound calls will be made.
They are responsible for handling their clients from the start of the process, through installation, and for maintaining contact between the client and the organization for the entire process.
What You'll Do:
Visiting customers' homes and presenting them with their best options for plumbing services and products through education and excellent customer service.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by answering any questions, concerns, or issues that the client may have.
Stay current on new products and technologies in the field.
Answer any customer questions and inform them of any pertinent information about their equipment
Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan
Engage with customer/client to inform them of issue, solution and outcome; recommend products and services for optimal system performance
What YOU will bring:
3-5 years of sales experience and some residential plumbing experience/knowledge
Must pass a drug screen, MVR & background check
Physical dexterity
Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods
